Mikko Kelloniemi aka Keelo is a cinematographer, a photographer and a multi-skilled visual artist who considers painting as a vital part of his life. He focuses on weird face-like figures and experimental characters in his paintings.

Kelloniemi’s Kera-piece is abstract, although according to the artist, the viewer can spot a sunset and a robotic figure, which refers to the mechanic, robot-like work that the artist used to do in Keran Hallit when it was still a logistics center. The piece also depicts graphic minimalism and machine aestetics typical to Kellokoski’s work.
