Laura Gröndahl is a clothing designer, but during her career she has focused more on fabric print design. Her works can be seen in Nanso, Vimma and H&M’s textiles. Gröndahl loves colors and usually bases her fabric prints in her paintings. Gröndahl says her painting process mainly consists of intuition and bold use of colors.
In this piece, the viewer can admire the plant pattern often used by Gröndahl and the graceful and harmonious use of colors. A single white leaf can be spotted among the colored leafs. The artist leaves the meaning of the single white leaf for the viewer to interpret.
