Art
Keran Hallit has become Finland’s largest urban art gallery hall!
The largest mural concentration in Finland has been created in the courtyard of the halls during the summer of 2020 and 2021. The approximately 8-meter-high walls are adorned with giant murals by several different artists.
In the spring of 2021, art was also created indoors, when over 40 artists created their pieces at the Concreate Urban Art Festival in three different spaces: the Sports Hall, Lähettämö and Konttori. The last two spaces have been demolished in December 2021.
The works at the courtyard’s mural area and in the sports hall can be viewed still every day from 05:30 to 23:30. As you walk through the gate next to the main parking area, turn left to access the courtyards. The sports hall, on the other hand, can be found when you step through the main door next to the parking area.
