The recycling theme continues in the community artwork where art will be made from non-recyclable clothing, fabrics and carpet rag. In the workshop everyone can participate in the creation of unique acoustic panels, which are later assembled into a mosaic-like whole, a “rag mural”. You can participate in the workshop until the art works are completed.
Kukkis is a rescue flower shop which utilizes flowers that would otherwise get disposed. In this workshop you have an opportunity to make various decorations wit the help of Kukkis employees. There is enough to do for all skill levels, no previous skills are needed. The workshop is open to everyone as long as there is enough material.
13.30 & 16.30 STREET ART TOURS
In these guided tours you get to take a closer look of the urban art on the outer and inner walls of Keran Hallit. The tours begin next to the Tired Uncle’s Taproom terrace in the inner courtyard of the logistics centre. You do not need to pre-register for the tour, just make sure you’re on time for the beginning of the tour. The tours are in Finnish but can be arranged in English as well if needed.
13, 15 & 17 BREWERY TOURS
Visit Kera’s brewery village!

There are three breweries at Keran Hallit: Tired Uncle Brewing Company, 8-Bit Brewing and Masis Brewery. All three breweries brew their craft beers at Keran Hallit and they have their own brewery shops in connection with their production facilities.
On Espoo Day, these breweries are arranging tours of three breweries at 13:00, 15:00 and 17:00. The tickets are 30 euros per person and you can buy them at Tired Uncle’s Taproom. The maximum number of persons per tour is 20 people.
Come and enjoy yourself in the courtyard at the Lastaamo-stage as the improv group Lollaattori performs their show “Vahingossa Hauska” (in Finnish)
Put on your rollerskates and come jam in inside the halls of the logistics centre in the Lähettämö. In the disco you get to skate to the beats played by a live DJ and surrounded by urban art.
Puhelinseksi, a melodic punkrock band from Rovaniemi, will start the music performances of the evening at Lastaamo-stage. The band itself describes their music as wistful combination of punkrock and powerpop.
21.00 KYNNET
The evening will find it’s spectacular closure when Kynnet performs at Lastaamo-lava. Kynnet has taken over the whole Finland with their lo-fi beats and their spellbinding liveperformances.
The event is accessible, free, and open to all. However, please note that if you arrive by train, Kera station is unfortunately inaccessibly. Keran Hallit can also be reached by bus and by car. For further arrival instructions, see .
