Keran Hallit is the largest art hall in Finland, as we will create art on both interior and exterior surfaces of the buildings. The first things to be touched by art are the fences surrounding Keran Hallit. After that, art started spreading to different places in the area.
In the summer of 2020, the main emphasis in the art has been on the courtyard of the halls. A giant mural area is being created on the courtyard walls. The wall, around 8 meters high, was divided into sections for multiple artists to paint on. In addition, art has been created inside the halls. Most works have been painted directly onto the surfaces, but there will be some installations made of sustainable materials too.
You can check murals every day from 05:30 to 23:30, when the gates of Keran Hallit are open. By walking the main gate next to the main parking area head to the left around the halls and you’ll find your way to the inner yard to our murals.
